Return Policy

Final Sale
All sale and promotional items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact our Client Services team at info@trezher.com within 7 days of delivery. Kindly include photos of the product and packaging. Each case will be reviewed individually to ensure a swift resolution.

Orders

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email with your order number and purchase summary. Please retain this email for your records.

Order Cancellations

To request a cancellation, please email info@trezher.com within 2 hours of placing your order. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, cancellations beyond this window cannot be guaranteed due to immediate order processing.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Standard processing time is up to 3 business days. During peak periods (sales, new releases), processing may take longer.

  • All shipments are sent via UPS Ground. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Signature Requirement
All packages require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.

Address Changes
Once a package has shipped, address changes must be made directly through UPS or by contacting info@trezher.com.

Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking information. Delivery dates displayed at checkout are estimates and do not include processing times.

Pre-Order Policy

What is a Pre-Order?
Pre-orders secure your item ahead of release. By placing a pre-order, you agree that your item will ship on the future release date noted on the product page.

Payment
The full order amount is charged at checkout when a pre-order is placed.

Changes
Once confirmed, pre-orders cannot be modified (size, color, or quantity).

Pre-Order Shipping
Estimated shipping dates are listed on the product page and in your confirmation email. Please note: production schedules may cause dates to shift. You will be notified by email once your order has shipped.

Mixed Orders
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they will ship separately.

  • In-stock items: shipped within our standard timeline.

  • Pre-order items: shipped according to their release date.
